10.0The location, house and information given in the booklet was perfect. Without the booklet, we would not have known of the great venues so near by. The host Gemma was fantastic to liaise with.
− Booking.com did not allow me to split the two nights (as far as I am aware) so we had to pay for 7 people for 2 nights rather than 5 people one night and 7 the following. I am now aware I can book direct.

− Unfortunately the main shower drain was flooding the bottom and some room were cold during the night as the hrv system was not working properly
