10.0Квартира очень чистая, красивая, просторная. Вид с террасы фантастический! Видно, что все сделано с любовью и продумано до мелочей для удобства гостей и есть абсолютно все, что нужно, включая капсулы для стирки и мытья посуды, оливковое масло, соль, сахар, перец, кофе, чай, зонты и тд. Лифт и парковка во дворе дома - это очень удобно! В соседнем доме отличная пекарня. Квартира не в центре, но добраться до центра можно достаточно быстро на машине или на автобусе, в хорошую погоду, думаю, даже можно прогуляться пешком. Хозяин очень любезный и гостеприимный и всегда на связи, чтобы помочь. Благодаря его подробным инструкциям, все было легко и просто.

− 本次入住時，房東並不在場，當時有透過手機簡訊以保存來回訊息，並已透過照片與影片完整記錄現場狀況。 入住時房源明顯不符合基本清潔標準，包括客廳地板多處灑落食物碎屑，馬桶明顯污漬、尿漬殘留地板且已乾涸發臭，導致室內出現強烈異味，實際情況與平台所描述之住宿條件明顯不符，已構成無法正常入住之狀態。 本次住宿我們已支付804歐元旅費。同行包含高齡長者，因長途抵達原本預期正常入住，但因上述嚴重清潔問題，我們被迫拍攝骯髒噁心的馬桶周邊以存證，並立即另尋替代住宿，造成實際住宿未能成立並嚴重影響行程。 基於上述事實，此房源未達可入住之基本標準，我們主張本次住宿視為未完成提供服務（non-usable accommodation）。 因此我們要求全額退款 804歐元，但房東完全不退。 我們已完整保留影像與照片紀錄如附，也將提交予信用卡發卡機構作為申訴依據。 整個四月還在旅途中，我們當時不再就現場狀況進行來回爭論，因為事實已可由影像證明，所以遲至一個月後結束旅程才發表此評論。
