Great location, as described only a couple of minutes to Brent Cross west and a 10 minute walk to the bus stop straight to wembley stadium, we also walked to Brent Cross tube station for a direct tube to Camden, house had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean - host fantastic!

− For two of the nights there was only 4 of us staying and the one toilet wasn’t and issue, when everyone was there that was the only issue

− Do not book this property. We arrived at night of our check in , to find the place in a complete mess. Beds all not made and dirty, rubbish everywhere and the bathroom dirty. We had to call the host who said they “forgot to clean the property due to a last minute instant booking”. And so we weren’t able to properly check in until 1am that night, as the cleaner had to do a quick clean but the property was never deep cleaned like it should have been during our three week stay. The host was rude, and gave us an attitude on the phone. We never got compensation from the late check in due to him not organising the proper cleaning, even though he said we would. The sheets that we were given weren’t properly clean and had stains on them. The cleaner never came back to the property to finish off the cleaning she said she would do. There was black mold in the bathroom. When we notified this issue to the owner he said, “ oh is it bothering you” we had to ask him to get it fixed as he doesn’t inspect the property regularly. He said he would get people to remove the mold, but it was just the general cleaner who scraped it off into the upstairs toilet. There was also a faulty dryer that we were never informed about, and so when we put it on we went without any power. There was also a lot of ants that would enter through the floor cracks next to the back door. The images are misleading as well, there was no dishwasher in the property even though it is advertised and the whole property has general wear and tear. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place, the communication with the property owner left a bad impression on us and we had repeated negative experiences throughout.

Excellent space for money

− Slight mold around windows but not as bad as people make out but there is ants in the downstairs bedroom unfortunately
