Beautiful condo, grounds, and location that needs some updating in the details.
9.0This property was very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen area. The storage area with outdoor supplies such as beach chairs and umbrella was much appreciated. The condo was clean and neat. The location for us was perfect, with easy access to AMI and the beaches. The neighborhood had everything we needed within a short driving distance. The pool area was excellent, the grounds well kept.
− Definitely the bed linens and bath towels. The sheets were old, stained, microfiber. They stick to you at night, as they don't breathe. The rooms were already warmer than the rest of the condo. The mattresses had plastic covers. None of this leads to a comfortable nights sleep in such a nice condo. The white towels needed to be replaced, or bleached. Also, some toiletries, at least a bar of soap, were needed to at least get you started. The lack of them really shows corners being cut on such a nice place. It also needs to be made clear that there's a key fob for the guarded gate. We grew tired of giving the guard all of the ownership information each time we entered. We then discovered the info about the fob. One night the guard would not let us back in, because she could not find proof that we were staying there! This led to lengthy phone calls to the management company until it was figured out.
