Die hervorragende Ausstattung, u.a. das Zubehör für Kleinkinder (z.B. Toilettensitz, Treppengitter), Einrichtung modern und praktisch mit genug Platz zum gemütlichen Zusammensitzen. Zum Nachbarobjekt hin in alle Richtungen großzügiger Freiraum.

− Objekt F04 hat keinen zweiten Pkw-Stellplatz.
