Era un engaño la ubicación no quedaba en bocagrande sino al otro extremo más solo y cobraron antes de llegar al hotel y para pasarme al edificio que mostraron en el mapa tuve q pagar más

Broken air conditioning made it insufferable and didn't get any resolution. Amenities are great.

The apartment was nice and clean. Handy that there was laundry. The infinity pool was the highlight. Location was good though we were wary of walking to centre at night and there were limited restaurants nearby.

− It was hot when we arrived to the apartment so we turned on the A/C and went out. When we came back it was still a sauna, so we contacted the company and *then* they told us they knew the A/C had broken but they wouldn't be able to get parts until after our stay. They told us they gave us an extra fan, but that doesn't help much on a high floor in Cartagena. It never dropped below 29 degrees in our kids' room during our stay. They were up crying the first night because they couldn't sleep in the heat. The worst part is that UGO tried to gaslight me by saying that A/C wasn't promised when it was clearly in the listing for my booking. So not only was the apartment unliveable, but I had the stress of trying to deal with the company on top of it. After a lot of back and forth they eventually offered a 10% discount, but I never received it despite multiple follow-ups. This all had a very negative impact on my vacation. Other issues with the apartment were that one of the showers leaked water all over the floor, the door to the laundry room was broken and the dryer vents back into the apartment which added to our heat issue. Dealing with the company before we arrived was also a headache. They didn't want to take the payment from our credit card provided on booking.com (I assume because of fees), so they sent us 2 sketchy looking links instead. Then we had to fill out a huge amount of forms and upload pictures of our passports in advance. We did all of this because we thought the nice apartment and pool would be worth it. On the day we arrived, we couldn't get the apartment until 3:00 even though it was ready earlier. At least they took our bags. Then when it was 3:00, the security desk needed to take our passport info again and then gave us plastic bracelets we had to wear during our stay.

Experiencia decepcionante. Reservamos con anticipación y el mismo día del viaje nos informaron que los aires acondicionados no funcionaban y que no había solución. A pesar de esto, no ofrecieron reembolso y la atención al cliente fue poco empática. No fue la experiencia que esperábamos.
