We stayed at this place from Jan 7th to 13th, 2026, and I must say we had a good time. The place is perfect because it's close by Alona beach, just a trike ride away. The pool was perfect for when we need to chill after a long day of tour. The host, Jesa was very accommodating to our needs and so were the guards at the gate, especially Richie. 😊 Even though the shower in the master's bedroom was barely working all throughout our stay and the kitchen sink was clogged for 2 days, our overall stay was still amazing and we were comfortable. She did have the sink fixed, however the shower in the master's bedroom didn't get fixed. I managed to still make it work. 🙂 Thank you Jesa, and I will definitely book this place again and again.

ビーチよりの距離を嘘つけた以上良い点はなし

− Alone ビーチより遠い過ぎる、200m離れていると書いてあったが、それは直線距離です。間に大きなホテルの敷地で通りませんでした。ホテルの警備員が何人も立って色々チェックで通らせませんでした。ビーチまでは大回りする必要があって，少なくとも1500mは有ります。

Property was amazing but this particular apartment is not worth the price to stay.

Unfortunately the only thing I could say that I liked is the location.

− The apartment was extremely old and in need of serious repair. There Is mold everywhere from what seems to have been a leak from the upper apartment. The beds were hard as a rock. The microwave had not been clean since God knows when so did not use it. There were covers on the couch, but after sitting on it for a short time you could tell with the couch underneath was probably torn or had sort of damage. We would only given two roles of tissue for a three-bedroom apartment with five people staying there. When we attempted to get a hold of the owner to ask for something different it took hours to get a hold of her. It just was an unpleasant day and it seemed like the owner of the apartment doesn't seem to really care as long as people rent it.

We were not able to stay. We arrived but we saw immediately that the Pool was being renovated. Apparently, when we came Sept 5th - the whole Pool area has been on renovation since Sept 1st. All tenants and owners there were already informed - a few owners cancelled their customer Bookings ahead of time, but ours didn't, even if I sent an email informing her/them - that 2 of us ( we were all 9) are already their in Alona.

− That we were not properly informed about the Pool area. We have kids with us (3 in total) and I specifically booked it for our kids. The lady on the phone said: she forgot to inform us.
