− deveria ter mais empatia e flexibilidade na hora de imprevistos de troca dia entrada e saída (função ponte) ,situação pontual: era de entrar um dia depois e sair um dia após; material de higiene básico insuficiente, tipo papel higiênico e toalhas... Experiência mediana!
