− Very disappointing experience. My mobile phone was stolen from my room during my stay. When I reported the incident to the front desk, I expected support and cooperation from the hotel management. Unfortunately, the desk manager showed little concern and provided no meaningful assistance. There was a lack of response, follow-up, or effort to help investigate the matter. Guest safety and security should be a top priority for any hotel. The handling of this incident left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I hope the management takes steps to improve security measures and customer support for future guests.
It was a really good experience, owner was very nice he even arranged cabs for us. It was a very pleasant stay
