− Poco igiene e pulizia, pentole unte, lavandino della cucina intasato, non utilizzabile per sciacquare, neanche dopo i due interventi del manutentore. Pazzesco dare un alloggio uso cucina con un disservizio del genere! Alla fine sempre cenato fuori spendendo chiaramente di più

7.0Posizione favolosa con spiagge vicinissime, parcheggio interno recintato con cancello automatico, terrazza fantastica Appartamento spazioso e pulito. Ascensore e ampio e giardino condominiale curato.
− Arredamento datato e non troppo funzionale...mancanza di aria condizionata.
