A mediocre apartment would expect more for the price

− Smelt musty inside like previous occupants had smoked also a smell of weed from neighbors. Noisy at night with people shouting right outside our window. Maybe a student area? Smaller room was extremely hot- a fan was provided but not enough for the guests. Had been approved my request for both rooms to be made up as singles but weren’t. In the managements defense they weee quick to come and rectify. Check in details were incorrect- no hash tag needed on door code.
I enjoy the stay, good customer service.

10.0Great location, lovely well laid out, clean and beautifully presented apartment. Great communication from host, attentive in contact and clear in instructions re access, parking, check-in etc. Will definitely book again, would highly recommend.
Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
8.0Very close to the Harbour and a few restaurants/bars in Oxford Street. Easy taxi from station , although it was walkable. Kitchen very well equipped with everything we needed. Good shower. Nice bed linens and duvets.
− Nothing really. 3 flights of stairs and no lift is something you have to be aware, I guess.
Worth the money
10.0Very lovely and well kept apartment. Neighbours were lovely and the location was accessible; the team were also very helpful and were quick with responses. Thank you very much and I’ll sure be staying there next time I visit Southampton. Also a very short walk to shops and town centre. We enjoyed the Xmas market
