9.0Ruhige Gegend, kurzer Weg zur DLR. Viel Platz. Die Nachbarn sind nur zu hören, wenn jemand in der Wohnung darüber langläuft.
− Angebot an Geschirr. Viele große Teller, zuwenig kleine Teller. Zu wenig Trinkgläser für 4 Personen.

7.0Zwei Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden.
− War nicht so wohnlich eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Einrichtung eher spartanisch. Wände sehr dünn. Man hört die anderen Personen im Haus. Treppenhaus wirkte ein bisschen schmuddelig.
