− Carpark was confusing and guide shared on parking lot differed from lots that we were allocated.

10.0I've booked this apartment at the very last minute since my other apartments got cancelled. The owner/customer service was beyond excellent,they attend to us despite it was at night. I move in, in less than an hour. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The bed and sofa was comfy. The view is outstanding. My family loves this apartment and will definitely come back again for this same apartment

− Condition not favourable * fridge not cold * bathroom in the 'master' is in a sorry state - unused/spoiled shower heads left on the bathtub. The bidet is without the spray head. Drainage - the water did not flow down properly causing water ponding and emits an awful smell. Beddings - could have provided 2 pillows for each pax Kitchen, the side of the cabinet below the sink could have been repaired prior to accepting a booking Laundry room/ excess area was in a chaotic state - items like rice cooker, shower heads, wall paper, toiletries, room air fresheners are strewn all over that space
