8.0A fantastic location in the heart of the quirky area that is ‘upper Brixham’. We had a wonderful time.
− A small compact flat could benefit from blinds rather than curtains, however it was certainly value for money. A lack of parking was a bit of a problem, however this was expected in this area.
Really nice place, I’d stay again, if others weren’t available..

− If I have to be critical, it’s smaller than most places I’ve stayed in brixham for similar price, and the noise from guests upstairs is very annoying but the owners can’t control that, pure luck on who is staying above!

7.0Location and value for money was excellent. Plus the apartment was always warm enough.
− Hot water in taps can be scalding so please put up signs to warn people. Door lock is abit wobbly when it rains which meant we almost couldn't get out one morning, would not be great in the event of an emergency. Would benefit from properly internal coated saucepans.

− No email prior to arrival for details of check in, saying it has a view of the harbour is tenuous, you have to literally lean out of the window !
