− Kein heißes Wasser, defekter Duschkoppf schwarzer Schimmel an den Fugen und Fliesen im Bad, schlechte Kommunikation Matratze versifft

3.0Lokalita a schránka na klíče
− Bohužel nemohu toto ubytování doporučit. I vzhledem k nízké ceně byl stav apartmánu velmi neuspokojivý. V koupelně se nacházela plíseň, nefungovalo osvětlení a vana byla ve velmi špatném, zanedbaném stavu. Velkým problémem byl také silný zápach z kanalizace, připomínající splašky. Teplá voda byla nedostatečná nebo vůbec netekla. V kuchyni byl starý zrezivělý sporák, celý mastný a špinavý. Stejný problém byl i s nádobím, které nepůsobilo čistě. Celkově ubytování neodpovídalo ani základním hygienickým standardům a pobyt byl velmi nepříjemný.

1.0Das Appartement Cloud 9 war nicht auffindbar. Die Taxifahrer kannten diese Unterkunft auch nicht. In der angegebenen Adresse Sickenstr. 16 gibt es Cloud 9 nicht und es gibt auch kein Schild was darauf hinweist. Am Handy war immer nur die Mailbox dran, auch vor Check In Ende. Ich musste mir eine andere Unterkunft in Homburg buchen. Die einzige freie Möglichkeit war das Hotel am Schlossberg. Super Hotel und Klasse Service. Für Cloud 9 möchte ich eine Rückerstattung!
