Cosey cottage
9.0It was a perfect location for a wedding celebration at tithe barn bolton Abbey . Minutes walk to local pubs and a well stocked co-op in the village. Would not hesitate to stay again

Wonderful Cottage in Lovely Village
10.0The property is tucked away in a wonderfully quaint little lane, setting the perfect scene before you even step through the cottage door. Once inside, though, we were completely blown away by how lovely everything was. Every detail felt just right. The living room was warm, cosy, and incredibly comfortable, while the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need. There are two bedrooms. The first-floor bedroom features a king-size sleigh bed that was unbelievably comfortable. The attic room also looked beautiful, although we didn’t have occasion to use it during our stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a huge shower featuring both rainfall and jet settings, as well as a bath for a relaxing soak. That said, we found ourselves drawn instead to the delightful back garden, where the hot tub was the ultimate place to unwind. After spending the day walking around Bolton Abbey, sinking into the hot tub in the evening was exactly the relaxation we needed. We also made a point of visiting all the pubs in the village, where we were made to feel incredibly welcome by both the staff and the locals. A special mention must also go to the café opposite the cottage, The Ginger Plum Coffee Shop — a wonderful little spot serving some of the tastiest scones we’ve ever had!
− I could try to go all Four in a Bed and pick out a few trivial faults, but honestly, I can’t think of any. We loved absolutely everything about our stay. If we had to mention one disappointment, it would simply be that we couldn’t stay longer!
A wonderful place to stay. Cozy house. Good restaurants nearby. Numerous places to walk.
