− Rummen är väldigt gamla, lyhört, frukosten var inte det bästa och några i personalen på sohail behöver bättras
It was good, nice and the staff are the best bit. But elments need improving to maintain a 4 star rating for such a big
7.0We liked the staff, the hotel in general was nice and the breakfast was good. The pool was well cared for a great size
− The room and corridor was not very clean, it was unfresh as though it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The terrace of the room was so dusty and dirty with bird poo on the table and sunbeds. The lift access was awful, one very slow lift to cover so many rooms! The lunch options were very poor considering it’s called a “beach club”. Around the pool in the day there is not enough sunbeds unless you get there early and beat the people the reserve them with a towel. This should not be allowed.
