Great week away, great unit with secure lockup parking, perfect location.
9.0Birchgrove unit 1 was superb and had everything that you could possibly need for a week long stay. Location is excellent, only a very short walk to main shopping area, pubs, beaches, park and about a 10/12 min walk from Country Club. A great stay over.
− A very minor complaint …. TV reception was poor/very poor on occasions. (We mentioned this to Real Estate)

9.0− It would have been handy to have an emergency pack in case of blackouts, maybe some candles or torches after the experience we have just had with a three day blackout

− Kitchen needs proper knives for cooking..a knife block with basic knives would be great. I bought a bread knife at a local op shop so I could properly slice a loaf of bakery bought sourdough bread.
