10.0The appartement is very convenient and the host is always available to help. The appartement is well located, spacious, and very good from the inside. The appartement is qualitative, and easy to find and easy to get used to.

10.0Great communication, made up all 3 beds for our family of 4, plenty of linens, everything for making coffee/tea. Fresh flowers!!!! Great, quiet neighborhood with choice of delis, restaurants, bodegas, literally seconds from the E train and you're in Midtown Manhattan in 10 minutes.

9.0The place was good. Everything from food to shopping was in close proximity. The only reason I gave it 9 instead of 10 was parking was not good. Got a ticket where I parked. Other than that, host was great..very responsive and kept in touch to make sure the experience was good.
Clean, Cozy, and Well-Located
10.0Before arriving, we were given a detailed description of the check-in procedure. As we entered the apartment, we were greeted by a very pleasant smell. There were fresh flowers on the table. The beds were comfortable. All rooms were clean, nice and tidy. The host was very helpful. All questions were answered within minutes. The metro station is a minute's walk away. Very easy to get everywhere.
A nice property close to Manhattan without the Manhattan prices. Had everything we needed.
