Very very disappointing, not what was advertised

− Building site, facilities advertised not operational, no staff
Overall a enjoyable stay and lovely location
10.0The location was good if u have a car it’s ten mins from st Andrew’s.
− Where the lodge is it’s still a building site a bit loud with the diggers etc.
Not as expected from previous reviews.
5.0The location was okay for visiting St Andrews a 5 minute car journey away.
− Carpet were not clean full of dog hair I had to hoover the amount of dust and debris that was collected confirmed it was not done before we arrived. Shower head in main bathroom broke, shower tray in en suite filled up with water everytime it was used. Thursday we had no hot water all day and customer service was poor was told it had been fixed and shower head changed but when I returned to the caravan it hadn't been resolved.
