− Mobiliario cocina en mal estado, pocos platos. Persiana del comedor rota. Mueble de baño roto. Manguera de patio rota. Escaleras de acceso al tercer piso complicadas, no apto para personas mayores o con problemas de movilidad y no se avisaba en el anuncio. Hormigas en cocina y habitaciones.
