8.0Loved the layout of the property, great space inside and out. Had lots of fun and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen.
− Hot water ran out on second day and water pressure in kitchen was hard to wash dishes. Backyard was a decent size but we found poo on our arrival and the grass was long around the fencing.
Unfortunate experience
4.0The house is lovely and it was clean on arrival (it had clearly just been cleaned). Location was great. The host is friendly and helpful.
− Unfortunately, we were not actually able to spend the night at the property. We only spent about an hour there before going out for an excursion and dinner. However, when we returned later that evening, we found a live mouse and rodent droppings on one of the beds, so we left the property immediately and notified the host. Given the circumstances, we requested a full refund. After some back and forth, the host eventually agreed to a 50% refund. What was most disappointing, however, was the Booking.com resolution process. Although the host did try to assist, it still took around a month, multiple emails, and several lengthy phone calls with Booking.com before the partial refund was finally processed. Even then, the refunded amount was not truly 50% of the total paid once fees and charges were taken into account.
The house was very good for our short 2 night stay.

− The garden was quite overgrown and untidy. The outdoor table and chairs needed a deep clean, however it did not spoil our stay as we didn’t need to use the garden, it just looked untidy. Probably more of an issue in the summer holidays.

− La Cia encargada de la limpieza no estuvo en detalles, (exterior no estaba limpio, el jardin y algunos artefactos de la cocina) y tiene un sistema de agua caliente que no esta bien explicado para recuperar rapido cuando para. El resto IMPECABLE
