7.0Tolle Lage im Zentrum von Wells. Zwar klein, aber alles vorhanden und sauber. Kleinigkeiten wie Honig, Kaffee und Tee sowie Milch und eine Box mit nützlichen Dingen wie Zahnpasta, die ich leider vergessen hatte mitzunehmen sorgten für zusätzliche Entspannung.
− Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren mit stark parfümiertem Waschmittel oder Weichspüler behandelt worden. Das fand ich sehr unangenehm, Düfte sind etwas sehr persönliches und man sollte seinen Gästen keine so aufdringlichen Düfte zumuten.
Not an enjoyable experience or one that I want to remember.
3.0The location
− The hive can be found at the end of a dark, smelly alley way whereby the outside door enters onto a grim looking entrance hall piled with plaster, parcels and smelt badly of damp. A door led us into the flat which also smelt damp and the laminate floor was lifting throughout the room which I can only assume was due to that same fact. Unfortunately, we visited on the hottest days of the year and it was impossible to open any windows except one tiny one which opened onto an inner court yard with a building straight opposite so no air got in. The other window was obscured and it was stifling in there. One fan was provided but gave little impact. The whole room needs a thorough deep clean with skirting boards filthy, together with switches, door handles and the fold up table attached to the wall. If I had somewhere else to go then I would not have stayed.
