7.0Sehr zentrale Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und relativ modern eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank werden ein paar Getränke bereitgestellt.
− Leider war zeitweise ein unangenehmer Geruch aus den Abflüssen bzw. Rohren wahrnehmbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich etwa 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation war etwas mühsam, da sie über mehrere WhatsApp-Nummern und in verschiedenen Sprachen (Italienisch, Englisch und Polnisch) erfolgte. Zudem wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, wann wir das Zimmer verlassen und ob es gereinigt werden soll, was wir als etwas anstrengend empfanden. Insgesamt finden wir, dass das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht ganz überzeugt bzw. die Wohnung schlicht und einfach zu teuer ist.
