8.0− In the site of the Booking it was mentioned that a spa and a swimming pool were included something which was also assured to me on the phone before my arrival.However,when I arrived they were out of order and more specifically under construction.The price was like I had the services but I didn’t.

10.0It is a wonderful apartment which had everything we needed for a one week stay in Bansko. Spacious enough for 5 people, stylish, very clean and warm. Furnished with lots of thought to the smallest detail, making us feel right at home. It is in a quiet complex with a pool and a ski room, and a five minute drive to the city centre. There is also a free shuttle bus to the gondola. Cannot recommend it enough.
