1.0− Do NOT book this place!!! The host turned out to be a ghost. We never got any info, no keys and no answers in spite of us trying several times to reach them. Can only hope we'll get our money in return.

− With fully payed and confirm reservation, on day of of arrival host was unreachable, hide himself, didnt send instructions how to enter in appartment. Total disaster, at 9pm we have to find alternative accommodation with much higher price. Stay as far as possible from this host.

− After landing UK we were shocked to receive a message from an unknown number that this property was not available and our payment ll be refunded in few days. When we asked that our booking was still shown as “confirmed” on the website, we were told to take it up with booking.com. We had to pay higher rent and bear lot of mental torture. It is second time we had to face this disappointment on booking.com
