The location

− Right from the entrance the floor wasn’t cleaned the, the stairs carpet was poorly cleaned. Most of the kitchen utensils where broken, the fridge wasn’t working there was food from previous people smelling bad, sockets in the didn’t work we had to transfer the microwave and kettle to the living room the use the plug sockets there. Washing machine didn’t work, no cutlery, the bin outside had rubbish since from god knows when, water was all over the garden from the kitchen drain pipe. The rooms were ok nice tv, bedroom size, however, the bedsheets didn’t seem changed. Duvet had brown stains. Toilets walls were dirty so we had to clean it ourselves before using. The toilet downstairs could not be used as when you would flush the water would raise. If you are booking here be prepared to clean.

Nearby shops, easy check in and departure, parking outside Good base for function at Rockingham castle

− Not the cleanest, all beds uncomfortable, damp smell in house, pillows were awful blocked drain in garden .. would not stay here again

Over all its a love house seem like some money spent on good quality furnishing how some not so good DIY work has been done which lets it down ,towel rails in both bathroom and downstairs toilet off the wall with screws sill in the wall door hinges loose you have to lift the door to close it these are the things cleaners should pointed out and fixed before tenants arival.
