− There was a couple of dog craps at the side of the house, obviously from the owner of one of the other houses.

8.0Tastefully decorated. Good location although 15 mins' walk into downtown is optimistic. Very nice area. Thanks for the coffee, cookies, water etc.
− Could look more attractive externally. Needs a little TLC around the edge of the floors.

− The exterior of the property could be improved. When I drove in I had my doubts but once inside they evaporated.

10.0Our whole experience was excellent. The owners gave us great information before we arrived. They fully explained the process, provided the code in advance and let us know extra things like places to eat and made sure we understood where to park. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to have a welcome snack basket and waters. The room was clean and welcoming. We loved being walking distance to the Santa Fe Plaza. We definitely recommend this and will stay here again.

8.0Kitchen had everything I needed and more. Location was perfect for me -- close to the people I was visiting, the downtown plaza, and Railyard park. Definitely a great value for the location and accommodations.
− A little small, but it was great for one person and would have worked well for two. The heat source was a little questionable. I really didn't need to turn it up, but the hosts offered to adjust if needed.
