Quiet surroundings and the well-equipped house. It was also great that the underground was just 5 minutes away and shops were nearby.

− Avoid this property at all costs. This was, without question, the worst accommodation experience my family and I have ever had. We arrived expecting the property shown in the advertisement, only to discover that one of the “bedrooms” was essentially a basement with virtually no natural light, almost no fresh air, a strong damp, musty smell, and an oppressive atmosphere. To make matters worse, the property was not properly cleaned. There was visible dirt and dust, and the overall condition of the accommodation fell far below any reasonable standard. The listing is highly misleading, and had this room been accurately represented, I would never have booked this property. We raised our concerns politely and expected a professional response. Instead, the host’s immediate reaction was to order a family with children to leave the property without the slightest concern for where we would go. There was no attempt to resolve the issues, no empathy, and no understanding of even the most basic principles of hospitality. What makes this even more astonishing is that the host’s own messages acknowledged that the property should have been cleaned and that we should receive a full refund through Booking.com. Rather than addressing the legitimate problems, the host simply chose to throw us out. The host’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional from start to finish. We were left to find alternative accommodation at short notice because of the host’s conduct. Thankfully, Booking.com reviewed the situation and refunded us in full, which speaks volumes. To be honest, it is a shame that someone with this attitude towards guests works in the hospitality industry. If this is how genuine concerns are handled, I would strongly advise anyone—especially families—to stay elsewhere. There are countless hosts who genuinely care about their guests. Unfortunately, this is not one of them.

Mieszkanie zlokalizowane blisko metra. Dobra miejcówka na krótki pobyt. Są sprzęty do gotowania. Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem.

− Za miękkie materace. W piwnicy czuć stęchlizną. Szkoda, że nie ma klimatyzacji w całym mieszkaniu.
