5.0The location was great and the apartment was also very spacious.
− The floors were sticky. One of the beds was broken and to fix it they put a wooden block, but the sharp end of the screw was sticking out making it extremely unsafe. There was also issues with the TV working. It was working one day and then all of a sudden it stopped, and none of the remotes were responsive.
While we loved the location, we can not stay nor recommend this lodge to anyone.
4.0Location was amazing. You can hear the roaring stream next door from the room. A few steps away from the town.
− This lodge could use some TLC. The coffee maker leaked all over the kitchen counter. The shower head sprayed all over the bathroom. I would also be a nice touch to have an AC unit in the summer months. Something odd was that the way furniture was arranged in the bedroom, it did not allow you to shut the door. The kitchen window needs a shade or curtain for privacy. The flooring needs to be replaced and there is mold in the bathroom ceiling. All of these items have been reported to the host or maintenance. I was very disappointed and although the hosts were nice and followed up quickly, there was nothing offered outside of apologies. It would have been a nice touch to at least provide a visit to a local coffee shop. Cleaning up 2 large messes and not being able to take a shower for the first day of our anniversary trip was not the way to start the weekend.
