Wonderful, calm place, quiet and serene, in a beautiful location.
10.0I love that it’s remote but close to whatever you might need. I love the fenced front yard/area. I love the nice backyard area with nature (trees and shrubs) - especially our last day where there were a lot of birds around. I love that it’s such a quiet neighborhood. And the interior - layout is great. Kitchen is great, very well stocked with spices and dishes (of course) and the usual. Love the master bath and shower. Love the curtains and the huge sliding glass doors. Very sunny and light inside. Super nice, calm vibe.
− Really, the only thing I didn’t like was the smell of the shampoo - but I’m super sensitive to smells and someone else would think it’s fine.

7.0This review is simply my honest experience during our stay. What I list as pros or cons may not be the same for everyone — something that bothered me might not bother someone else. Overall, we had a good stay as a family with kids. One thing I really appreciated was the kitchen. The cookware, utensils, and dinnerware were great quality. I’ve stayed in places where the kitchen is filled with cheap dollar-store items, but that was not the case here. Everything felt sturdy and well stocked. There were plenty of plates, cups, and utensils so we weren’t constantly doing dishes after every meal. The stainless steel pots and pans made it easy to cook for the family, and they even had containers for leftovers, which is incredibly helpful when traveling with kids. The house also had thoughtful touches like coffee, toiletries, small laundry supplies, extra blankets, nice TVs, and a great Bluetooth speaker. The beds were comfortable and the master shower was amazing. I also loved having a washer and dryer — being able to wash clothes during the trip means we’re going home with clean laundry, which is always a win with kids. Parking in the garage was another nice bonus…yes because of the kids! :)
− A few things could definitely be improved. The thermostat cannot be controlled, and during our stay it was storming and the house stayed around 66°. With little kids that felt pretty cold. Thankfully there were two space heaters available that helped warm things up. There was also quite a bit of dog hair around the house. I have dogs myself, so I understand that some hair is normal in a home where pets live, but it felt like the cleaning may have been more surface level. We noticed hair in corners and under furniture, and it was noticeable on darker clothing. There were also a couple smaller maintenance issues. The kitchen sink faucet handle kept falling off, and there isn’t lighting under the microwave which made the stove area darker while cooking. The Wi-Fi signal was also inconsistent and kept lagging or going in and out at times. During our stay there was also a fenced off construction area in the backyard, not ideal and really throws off the vibes. Oh, there is a little step from in the the kitchen. We didn’t see it and one of us fell. So just a warning.
Great location to explore the areas of Sedona!
