− We never stayed there. There was someone already living there . Beds not changed. Dirty plates by the bed and in the sink. Clothes all over the floor .Not cleaned. Bags of rubbish outside back door Wanted us to stay there 1st night and they would send a cleaner in the morning They also put a £400 charge on credit card which was not mentioned when we booked

− Starting with too much stairs, all rooms are not access friendly. Though the internal rooms are clean, garbage was not removed from the property and piled up at the back, WiFi is very low to use anywhere and listed amenities were not provided. Reported that to an agent (both via chat and call) and no action taken or informed
Has potential but don’t bother. You’ll regret it.
2.0The house itself has been nicely decorated with 3 great sized rooms & two toilets. There is heaps of room with seperate kitchen/tv area as well as a lovely front room with a view & dining. The house is well located for what we wanted to do & see in south Wales.
− The property had NOT been cleaned after the previous holidaymakers. We had no sheets or towels for almost 24 hours. There was rubbish & dirty dishes, wet towels & the apartment smelt.. Floors not washed or vacuumed. Our messages and phone calls were either not answered or returned. We specifically required a washing machine but this one was jammed closed full of dirty water. The owners still have not replied to our numerous requests to have it fixed. The “garden” is nothing but a long tangled jungle of weeds. We were so angry at the situation which would have been a fantastic stay if run professionally. It’s not that hard surly??
