Terrible host, badly behaved
1.0Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs. Booked and paid in full two days before travel, as last minute getaway. Then I was called directly by the host to say I owed more money and to cancel and rebook directly. I logged this with booking.com as highly suspicious. Then when I paid the additional amount, after speaking to booking.com who had agreed that it was an unauthorised price increase (and they would pay the difference one I had paid) the host then cancelled on the day of travel. Myself and my 8 year old child were on the way to North Wales when I received the cancellation. Shocking behaviour.
− Whole experience was terrible and disappointing. After the issue with the unauthorised extra charge, and then booking.com.agreeing to refund me the extra amount once I had paid it, I was then left without accommodation when they cancelled the day of my booking and I was already travelling with my daughter.

− Wi-Fi connection was really poor. As the mobile signals were bad we were depending on the wifi in the caravan but it was very poor connection. Kids couldnt even use any streaming Apps on our phones. This is the only negative thing about this stay.
The stay was fun and we would recommend it and come back .
10.0Checking in was simple and easy. The location was family friendly and there was a lot to do. Sylvia was very helpful and kind throughout the stay.

6.0Location of the caravan on site was great . Not far to walk to the facilities , about 5 mins .
− Caravan wasn’t as expected ! Beds need re-newing . NOTE : No decking area or sitting out area ! Photos need changing . The site : Swimming pool had problems with the heating when we visited , so was freezing . Have to pay for a pass to get into the bar/food areas, arcade etc
