9.0Ability to enjoy the beach without actually getting sandy. The amenities within the condo were outstanding. Response from management was very good.
− Construction. Late opening of pool. Media was a little confusing to operate.
Other than the construction the condo and location were great.
8.0The location is great and the unit was beautiful. Once the renovations on the other half of the building are completed it will be amazing.
− The construction for the renovation on the other half of the building was very inconvenient. The scaffolding around the building did obstruct a clear view of the ocean.
