Nice size house with two bathrooms

− House advertises WIFI which the tv needs to work which the wifi was disconnected. Tried multiple times to contact owner by phone which know one answers then contacted by email which know one cared about helping . To top off the stay last day after working 12hr the power to house had been switched off because bill had not been paid . Living in the dark and couldn’t have a hot shower to finish the day off … asked for some sort of refund and same again know one answers

− Noisy neighbours waking us up before 8am on a Sunday, cobwebs, TV didn't work and there was mould etc in the toilet bowl rim. Bins were overfull and kitchen sink tap broke but we fixed it.

Loved the house as it was renovated. Very comfy. TV and wifi access dodgy

We made our own breakfast. So neat and tidy. Long driveway accommodated all our cars very easily

− even though we had a tech wizard with us we found it impossible to get the television and the WiFi to work which we found extremely annoying as the motor racing fans were very eager to watch F1 after a long day at the track. When emptying the kitchen bin I found it extremely dirty with caked on food sediment etc. would not have been seen once the plastic bin liner was in. Big spill mark on lounge.

We enjoyed enella and the accommodation was quite and convenient

The front door handle was very difficult and seemed very inadequate hard to access.

− The TV did not work . No towel rails in bathroom terrible with no where to hang anything .need mirrows in back bedroom And no contact with owner when tried to ring Message bank was full.

− We stayed at this property from June 7th to 9th. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing due to several unresolved issues: * There was no TV or internet during our stay. * We reached out to the host multiple times via messages and calls but received no response. * The ensuite sink and shower were blocked, which made it difficult for us to get ready and check out on time. The bed was broken. * The kitchen cabinet door and laundry door were unattached. * Many of the door handles were getting stuck, which could pose a safety concern. While the property looks nice in photos, it clearly needs maintenance. More importantly, the lack of communication and support from the host during our stay made things even more frustrating. **It feels like someone has taken my money by deception and ruined our holidays.** These problems had a serious impact on our stay and should be urgently addressed to ensure future guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
