L’appartamento in generale è pulito, comodo e luminoso. Il terrazzo privato sul tetto è molto bello

− Beh, non c’è nessuna vista particolarmente interessante ma non è lontano dal lungomare, 5/6 minuti a piedi, quindi va bene. In tutto l’appartamento c’è solo un armadio piccolo per i vestiti. Iil divano è scomodo e il televisore è un pò vecchiotto

Position near to everything

− Very poorly equipped. Few cooking equipment (I had borrow pots and pans from a friend) No kitchen knives.No proper shower. Oven was dirty and not a fan. No dishwasher. No bedside lights. Impression given was that it was done on the cheap. Fixed curtains meant that you can’t look out of the windows but everything overlooks other neighbours. It is not stated that to get to the upstairs terrace, you have to go outside the flat and go upstairs outside to a locked door. Barbecue there but no utensils. I had to ask for clean bed linen and towels. When it arrived the pillowcases were the wrong size. Bedding did not fit the bed properly and was of inferior quality. With a little more care and thought given to spending on utensils etc,the stay might have been more enjoyable.

Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten hat mir nichts gefehlt und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage, für mich war die perfekt! Gegenüber von Lidl und 5 Minuten zu Fuß von allen anderen Geschäften entfernt. Auch die Bushaltestelle war in 4 Minuten erreichbar, sowie auch 6-7 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Dachterrasse war auch sehr praktisch. Moderne Einrichtung, fast neue Küche mit Backofen, Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle usw.

− Bei der Ausstattung fehlen ein paar notwendigen Sachen. Das habe ich persönlich dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, und denke, es wird noch nachgebessert. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr modern eingerichtet.

Trevlig lägenhet med en fin separat takterrass som man når via trapphuset. Balkong med viss eftermiddagssol i mars.

Lovely apartment, East facing for afternoon sun. Clean and modern. Helpful, friendly, obliging and prompt staff.

− The washing machine moved once during the spin cycle and made opening the kitchen door a struggle. The machine needs securing to the floor better. Neighbour cigarette smoke comes through the apartment.
