9.0The staff were lovely and great with the kids. Location was excellent and the room very large. Breakfast had great choice and everywhere was clean and tidy.
− Our son left his two cuddly toys in the bed at the hotel. We contacted them the evening of our check out ( the next hotel we wer staying in rang) so that we could go collect them them the next day before our flight home. The hotel claims never to have found them which is really disappointing. I would have given the full 10 for this hotel had it not been for this.
