5.0Le site, la gentillesse du personnel Voir la faune, les oiseaux, la flore ....
− Nous avons un peu tourné avec notre chauffeur car l'hotel ne s'appelle pas "garden lodge hôtel " !! Mais "bambou hotel" ... La chambre sentait mauvais, les draps n'avaient pas du être changés et sentaient la transpiration Une bouilloire à disposition mais pas de tasse ni thé ou café. J'ai été mieux lotie que mes amis qui ont eu une chambre qui ne fermait pas, sans porte dans la salle de bains avec un système d'évacuation n'écoulant pas l'eau = inondation à chaque douche ! Après une plainte de notre part, ils ont pu changer de chambre. Pas de café au petit dejeuner : il fallait le payer en plus alors que le petit déjeuner est compris dans le tarif de la chambre ! ! Les excursions proposées par l'hôtel : pas de moyen de retour prévu après une randonnée de 10kms alors qu'à l'aller, un véhicule amène jusqu'au début du sentier de randonnée à 10kms ! On nous propose un safari en "jeep" qui était plus de l'ordre du wagon à bestiaux ! ! Aucun avertissement aussi personnes à mobilité réduite qui ne pouvaient pas y monter ! !
