A legjobb apartman Alberobelloban

10.0

Exceptional

10.0

Great in every detail! The location is very close to the center, yet very quiet and picturesque. Simone and Mariella are very kind and helpful. The house was very clean and I would recommend it for sure!

Everything was great!

Definitively the place to be in Alberobello to feel the soul of this city and close to other cities

10.0

So close to the historical center but in a quiet area this is definitively the best location. Easy to park nearby at less then 100m. Fully equipped with taste and communication with Mariella perfect.

Nothing !

Well appointed, spacious apartment with a few quirks.

7.0

The apartment was spacious and the ceilings were very tall. The kitchen was generally well-stocked and included (1)two bottles of water, one still and one frizzante; a full set of dishes, pots and pans; flatware, kitchen utensils; a two-burner induction cooktop, under the counter refrigerator; paper towels, a few paper napkins; a Nespresso machine with pods; tea, sugar, oil and vinegar, a electric kettle, clothes rack in the back yard, an umbrella, a pen even a deck of playing cards. The windows, when open, allowed a nice cross breeze. The hosts provided beach towels at no cost. They also offered to replace the sheets and towels after two days, but we declined for the sake of the environment. If they had come with towels, they told us later that they would have brought more coffee pods. There is a nice coffee shop about 5 minutes away that serves breakfast. There is a supermarket nearby, too, if you want to buy food to make your own meals. We bought bread, cheese, yogurt, and fruit, among other things. There is plenty of dish soap in the kitchen and hand soap, body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. The unit has two AC units, one in the front room (LR/DR/Kitchen) and another in the bedroom, which we used rarely because they were not powerful enough to cool the front room with its tall ceiling and because the cross breeze was so nice. You can park in front of the apartment for 10 minutes when you arrive. After that, you can park in a nearby outdoor parking lot for just a few euros a day. They were very accommodating at the parking lot, but it closes at 2200 (10PM), so be careful about staying out too late with your car.

The water pressure was much too strong in the bathroom and kitchen. If you aren't careful, you'll get sprayed all over with water. By contrast, the water in the shower has much calmer pressure. The entrance to the back yard patio is through a door in the bathroom. The little patio is down a flight of steps, in which you have to walk through a small construction site where they seem to building a new wall. The patio and chairs are too far away from the kitchen and too awkward to get to that we never used them (the drying rack is out here). The apartment does not have an iron. The bedroom has two shelves and one closet pole for clothes storage -- no drawers of any kind, and not enough space for all our clothes, unless we lived out of our suitcases, which we did not want to do. The closet pole is so high that you have to be 6'4" or 193 cm tall to reach the hangers -- they give you a hook instead for shorter people. The living room has a sofa which is a foam mattress with a cloth cover and pillows, all on top of a cement block bed. One person could sleep on it, but it is not a sleep sofa by any means. There are lots of light switches in odd places; some work and some don't, and it was confusing to use them. The corners of the bed frame are sharp, and I scraped my shin making the bed. The apartment is listed as being on the ground floor, but it is actually up a short flight of steps. During the day, there are lots of tour groups who walk by the building, and you can hear all of them talking away, but the area is very quiet at night.
