10.0The apartment was great, there are all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine, the apartment is very clean and modern. The property manager was also very helpful and friendly, answered all the questions I had.
− The only thing that I was missing was a free parking spot nearby, however there is paid parking nearby.

9.0Schöne Wohnung in super zentraler Lage. Sehr sauber und super bequemes Bett. Gute Staumöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Modernes und unkompliziertes Schließsystem. Hervorragend schnelles WLAN.
− Die Küche ist recht rudimentär eingerichtet und es ist wenig Besteck vorhanden, da aber ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden war geht das absolut in Ordnung. Parksituation ist knifflig, aber dafür kann der Gastgeber ja nichts :)

7.0Die Lage zum Hafen, da wir zur Hansesail da waren, sehr gute Betten, große Zimmer, Ausstattung hat das Nötigste
− Eineichtung spartanisch, eine Decke und Kissen für das Sofa, würden es gemütlicher machen Da es einen Geschirrspüler gibt, müsste mehr Besteck da sein, sonst muss man das doch täglich abwaschen.

7.0De ligging in het centrum van de stad en de rustige straat. Het appartement is klein, maar oogt ruim.
− Wat wij echt misten was een eettafel(tje) en twee eettafelstoelen. Zou in de beschrijving moeten staan dat die er NIET zijn. In de overvloed aan mails miste ik belangrijke informatie over parkeren. Op straat of op parkeerterreinen kan alleen met muntgeld betaald worden. Er is een goede parkeergarage (City) vlakbij. De toegezegde Rostock-Card (krijg je als tegenprestatie voor de hoge citytax voor o.a. het openbaar vervoer) hebben wij niet gekregen.
