10.0We loved the property and it was just what our family needed. I would highly recommend this home . It was close to the beach and all the areas we were visiting in Ireland. I would definitely stay here again. It was a pleasure working with the property manager Billy.

8.0It was great being so close to a beautiful beach and being central for most attractions. The log burner was a treat. It was so peaceful and quiet.
− The cottage is in desperate need of a deep clean. Even kitchen surfaces had not been wiped down properly. The towels were old and worn. The shower downstairs was practically unusable without flooding the floor. The pump shower upstairs was good, once it got going.
The location is fantastic. House needs a bit of an upgrade. No electric shower, pump shower only which has to be heated.
6.0Excellent location, spacious back garden, quiet and secure location. Lovely beach nearby, lots to see and do in the area.
− Front door wasn’t clean on arrival, there was bird poo all over the upstairs bedroom windowsill, tan marks on the downstairs toilet seat, no instructions for facilities - how to heat water for a shower etc. Leak in the downstairs bathroom. Minimum supplies - 1 tea towel. Towels available for rent but some had seen better days. No iron/clothes horse was broken. House manager replaced iron and clothes horse, fixed leak in the bathroom and was very helpful. It might be worth telling people they need to bring their own cleaning supplies / washing up liquid/hand soaps etc
Great location. Will probably return to area but not to this village.
6.0Location and weather perfect.
− Dont think it would have been as comfortable if weather had not been so good. Not cosy. Bit austere - no rugs/carpets. Would imagine fires, wood or electric would be necessary if cold/wet summer weather. Much-used saucepans stocked in kitchenette + limited choice. Cooking utensils sparse - x2 sharp knivws ; no bread knife.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in per house. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 per house at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
