We were able to sleep in the room, but due to serious cleanliness and drainage issues, we could not properly use the toi

− Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing due to serious cleanliness and sanitation issues. The room itself was dirty upon arrival, with a floor that had clearly not been vacuumed. The drinking glasses provided were also unclean, making them unusable. The bathroom conditions were particularly unacceptable. The toilet had a constant backflow issue, with water coming up from the sewer, leaving it muddy and containing debris. The shower was not functional either, as it had no proper drainage—water would simply stand there, appearing dirty and likely connected to the same sewer issue. As a result, we were unable to shower or use the toilet properly during our stay. While we did end up sleeping in the room, the overall hygiene conditions made the experience very uncomfortable. This situation needs urgent attention and significant improvement.
