8.0My family of 9 had a wonderful stay at this house. We were a bit surprised that someone left a scathing review before our stay but I was relieved that it was unfounded. The house was clean, smells nice, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Situated about 2 minute walk from West Acton station so access to Central London was easy. The 250GBP deposit was refunded 2-3 days after our stay. Thanks Anna and Ignacio!

Hidden Horrors - Disgusting Blood Stained Mattresses
1.0Do not stay here....look at the photos of blood stains on the mattresses underneath the sheets...it's disgusting. Don't let the property description and photographs fool you. You also have to keep asking for your security deposit back, they don't automatically give it to you.
− Avoid This Property – Misrepresented and Unhygienic This property is the complete opposite of luxury—do not waste your money. It’s extremely expensive and shockingly misrepresented. I have dozens of photos but was only allowed to upload four. The top floor mattress has a huge stain shaped like a body outline—see photo. The owner claims it’s “normal discoloration.” The patio furniture is brittle, torn, and dangerous—sit on it and you might fall through. The backyard is a jungle, overrun with 4-foot weeds. The host calls it “natural landscaping,” but it’s completely unusable. There’s only one bathroom for a house with five bedrooms, and it’s upstairs. It shows signs of water damage and mold. The red sofa in the living room is ripped and falling apart. One of the bedrooms (with a guitar in it) doesn’t even have a real bed—just two hard couch pieces pushed together that separate if you move. This house is all smoke and mirrors. Don’t be fooled by the listing photos—it is not luxury, it’s filthy, run-down, and unsafe.
