− Apartmentul este situat intr-o zona unde se construiește. Muncitorii incep dimineața la 7, este imposibil sa te relaxezi in timpul zilei. Patul din dormitor si canapeaua din living sunt foarte tari. Nu exista cafetiera si nici linguri sau furculițe. Nu exista nici măcar un ibric pentru cafea Pe masuta din living te asteapta “caietul de sarcini “ : trebuie sa lași apartamentul la fel de curat precum l-ai gasit. Nu trebuie sa lași gunoiul in apartament, nici măcar o sticlă goală, prosoapele si lenjeria nu trebuiesc murdărite, zona de bucătărie trebuie sa fie impecabilă. Nerespectarea celor de mai sus duc la pierderea garanției (120 £) cate ti se cere cu doua zile inainte sa te cazezi. Nu există aer condiționat

It was very impressive. Communication was consistently prompt, clear, and professional from start to finish. The property was exceptionally well maintained and equipped with everything I could possibly need during my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was thoughtfully prepared, and every detail seemed to have been carefully considered.

We always love staying here when visiting Sutton. The apartments are great, they have everything you need for your stay. The checkin process is so easy and reliable. Never a complaint about this accomodation!

Convenient location, but noisy and uncomfortable

The flat is super convenient for shops. The allocated parking was a huge bonus. Having a washer/dryer was fantastic. The flat is clean, bright, and spacious.

− The sofa and the bed are impossibly uncomfortable, which affected our stay a lot. After 4 nights we both had very sore backs. It is noisy - neighbours, activity in the alley. Rock breakers and excavators operated all day at the construction site at the back - it was impossible to relax during the day. There is no coffee machine as per description. No salt, pepper, foil, basic cooking supplies. The train station is a fair walk. Getting to Knightsbridge involved 1:20hr train/bus/walk combinations. Wifi failed on the first night but was ok after a reboot. There were no tea towels but the owner/manager dropped some off quickly.
