Lovely apartment, it is basic, but it was clean and good value for money. A/C was great and liked the fact it had wifi included. Good location, the beach is a stone throw away. We have family that live in the same complex, so we will definitely be booking this again in the future.

On arrival the apartment was clean and contained everything needed for your stay. And that's where the likes ended.

− When we arrived the pool was disgusting with green slimy tiling so I asked if it could be cleaned, the reply was it was cleaned today but we will do it again tomorrow. 3 days later it was actually cleaned but by the end of the stay it was green again. That one problem indicates the service level we received. The courtyard below the apartment was continually flooded because of burst water pipes. We had a 3 week stay and after 8 days there had been no service, reply was," oh you were missed off the roster we will come in 2 days". Positive was they did come and cleaner did a good job. Negative was we returned to apartment to find main door had been left open after visit. Reply to complaint was " no it wasn't cleaner remembers closing it " The drains in the apartment smelt awful and the bathroom door was so swollen it would not close therefore the smell was always around. The kitchen sink was always slow to drain but got worse so we called and after 2 visits they sorted it back to original condition of being slow to drain. Into our 3rd week and returning after a long day we found there was no cold water supply, it was late so we managed, the next morning someone in the apartments sorted the problem. Later that day on returning to the apartment once again there was no cold water. On complaining I was told " it's not just you there are 110 apartments with no supply" I guess that makes it ok then!. Eventually the supply was returned, I think it was being turned off to stop the yard flooding all the time. I don't think maintenance is a top issue of this place and we were so sick of continual problems and having to complain that we left two days early in order to have a relaxing end to our holiday. The apartment is photographed to show a great outside view over the pool area, yes you can get this view but the reality is you are sat over a huge courtyard/ carpark with traffic coming and going from early morning until late evening.

Very nice Appartment for a fantastic price( April 25), clean and in the villagge center, opposite of restaurants and the minimarket

− Smell of the sink, but i think it is just a temporarely problem Missing any basics, no salt, no ovenpaper etc., ok for the price, but instead of a bottle of wine I would have preferred some basics in the appartment.
