9.0Het was een ruim appartement op een mooie locatie (in de buurt van het strand) en de inrichting was erg compleet. Voor de auto was er een eigen garagebox. De verhuurster was erg behulpzaam.

8.0Ruim, goed ingedeeld, alle gemakken voorzien. Airco op twee plaatsen. Badkamer op slaap verdieping leuk gestyled. Uitstekende service van beheerder. Parkeergarage super.
− Geen ontsnappingsroute voor bovenste verdieping.

6.0Central placering og egen p-plads i kælder. Rummelig lejlighed.
− Adgang med 3 nøgledøre, og vi havde kun et sæt nøgler. Air-con placeret centralt og ikke i soveværelserne. Altan med blæser fra Air-con, ikke så hyggeligt eller rart. Elegant vil jeg nu ikke kalde lejligheden.
