8.0Розташування чудове, багато речей передбачено. Тераса чудова. Наявність кондиціонерів в усіх кімнатах
− Постіль та рушники занадто зношені та старі. Санвузол замалий, та кухня-занадто вузенькі. Перебор по ароматизації квартири. Ароматичні палички занадто перенаситили повітря в помешканні, не було чим дихати. В душовій жодного кручка , а підставка для рушників зламана. Незручно, що нема куди повісити рушника. На терасі відсутній навіс, тому користуватися терасою можливо лише за відсутності сонця

1.0La prima volta che mi capita un'esperienza del genere dopo il pernotto in questa struttura mi contatta la proprietaria dicendo che gli asciugamani erano pieni di sabbia.... ovviamente essendo un posto di mare abbiamo fatto la doccia e lasciato gli asciugamani nel piatto doccia.... siamo stati redarguiti per un pò di sabbia neanche avessimo portato tutta la battigia di Ostia... credo fortemente che quando ci si esponga ad affittare una casa al mare sia preventivato sottolineo un pò di sabbia in doccia, altrimenti si affitta in montagna oltre tutto peccava anche di pulizia se proprio vogliamo dirla tutta.... mai più! Davvero grottesca situazione e pessima accoglienza!!!
