2.0− The "host" communicated purely via an chat bot, we were left stranded for 90 minutes after receiving incorrect info about the unit we were "supposed" to staying in, then magically at 3pm (the chat bot sent us different information). The unit sleeps 6 not 11. The addittional beds were thin mattresses not suitable for a child. Very poor overall experience. Thankfully we didn't have to spend too much time there

5.0It was quite near to Legoland
− The master bedroom toilet was clogged. I've reached out to admin about it but they referred me to another person for plumbing issues. I didn't have time to check with another person and wait for them to come since we went out early in the morning and only came back late at night. The bedsheets were dusty. I stongly recommend he team to check the unit earlier before customers check in into the unit.

7.0-ruim app -goede communicatie met personeel -dichtbij legoland
− -app was helaas niet helemaal wat we ervan verwacht hadden. Knuffels die in app lagen, waren kapot en bank was keihard. Douche koud ondanks dat warm waterknop op tijd was aangegaan. Wel accuraat gereageerd op klacht over insecten. Wel irritant dat sommige berichten door AI beantwoord werden, dat was niet fijn

− Very dirty unit. All my family become rashes. Dirty bed sheets. The picture in booking.com different unit. I need to check out early for make my family comfortable
