The apartment was just like in the pictures. It is indeed very close to the metro. Even though both the living room and the bedroom are facing another building, both had plenty of natural light. Both rooms have big wall-anchored tvs, with (I think) 134 cm diagonal. The bathroom was spacious and clean. There was a well hidden area in the apartment where the washing machine is stored (which worked just fine). The building is also safe, there is a concierge at the entrance and the apartment is at the 1st floor. The area seemed secure both during the day and the night (there is a carrefour express about 7 minutes away, which we have visited in 2 separate nights at around 9:30 PM). The Baldo degli Ubaldi metro station is directly connected with some central station (we have used Piazza di Spagna) as our destination to visit the main central attractions. The area is also very well connected with the Vatican, being around 20 minutes of walking to Basilica di san Pietro's entrance) or 3 subway stations from Bagli degli Ubaldi (so Ottaviano subway station). All metro entrances had contactless pay and we could pay by phone, it was 1.5 euros to enter in October 2025. We definitely loved this apartment and we recommend it, even if you are coming from the Ciampino airport. Beware that this apartment is very well connected with Fiumicino airport, there is a direct shuttle to and from the airport around 10 minutes away. We came from Ciampino and wanted to reach there fast. We were unfortunate enough to choose taking a taxi there, which costed us 60 euros. Do you research about the Rome taxis, all areas inside the Aurelian walls have a fixed fare of 40 euros. We did not pay attention to this and the taxi driver did not inform us (of course) and we went by parcometer, which seems to have taxed us 1.8 euros per km (there were 32 kms in total). I definitely recommend choosing the margin of the Aurelian walls area and not get tricked like us.

Very nice and spacious apartment! Very good location, maybe 100 m from the metro station, delicious breakfasts and shops downstairs, about 25-30 minutes on foot to the Vatican. Borys and Milena are very communicative and helpful in organizing your stay, they will help you explain! Great trip, I highly recommend it to my compatriots!

This property deserves a Top Rate: everything is perfect. We were pleased to find a brand-new location. All items displayed were certainly bought for the apartment. We were friendly welcomed. We'll book "Have a Nice Stay in Rome" next time we visit the city.
