Una gran casa abandonada, sin mantenimiento, servicios ni limpieza. Una pesadilla.
1.0El lugar dónde está ubicada la casa es bello, el barrio privado también. El estado de abandono, suciedad y carencia de mantenimiento de esta propiedad debe dar vergüenza a los vecinos, a Hostpal y a Booking. Somos una gran familia que pudimos celebrar el año nuevo a pesar que todo en esta casa fuera de película de terror.
− La casa se encuentra en estado de abandono, sin un mínimo mantenimiento ni limpieza. Apenas tiene agua en los grifos y solo agua tibia para bañarse en algunos de lo baños por ratos. Los baños están todos rotos. La cocina no tiene los elementos necesarios para cocinar y los trastes rotos e incompletos sucios y con moho. Sillas y sillones rotos. No hay un solo vidrio o cortina limpios. El parque este descuidado y seco con escaleras y accesorios de la piscina rotos. Cables eléctricos improvisados e inseguros. La ropa de cama muy viejas y toallas manchadas. Hemos sido estafados. No hay en toda la propiedad nada que sugiera que a los propietarios y administradores les interese que los clientes pasen un buen rato. Es por lejos mi peor experiencia con Booking.
